1. NECK
Neck measurement snug, with NO finger gap.

2. TUMMY LENGTH - (Under belly)
This measurement is just behind the inner front leg to the inner back leg.

3. GIRTH
​
Measure just behind the two front inner legs around your kittens tummy. (this is the approximate FINISHED SIZE that the jacket will come to you in. This needs to be a snug fit, but also a comfortable fit.

4 BACK LENGTH
(Base of the neck to the base of the tail)
Measure from the base of the neck, (just below the scull), all the way down to where their tail just begins (not where it ends).

Please complete this next step to confirm you have measured the girth correctly. Please cut a piece of old material to the measurement you measured for the girth and then wrap this around your cat’s girth.

EXAMPLE

If you have an kitten that measured 20 cm around the girth using your tape. Do the following.
​
Cut a length of material 20 cm x 8 cm. Then wrap this around your kitten, it must be wrapped around the area just behind its inner FRONT leg area. The two ends must meet up together, NOT overlap.
