WE SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE ONLY​

 

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Once we receive payment along with all of your cat's measurements and print choice, there is then a processing time of 14 working business days before your order is dispatched.

​

Only place an order if you are willing to accept delayed delivery timelines, due to Covid19.

​

Ensure your shipping address provided is correct.

It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct- we won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees.

Maine Coon Mayhem, will not be held liable for undelivered orders or orders returned or marked as abandoned due to incorrect address information or orders not picked up by the addressee for any reason.

 

When using PayPal, orders will be sent to the address listed on your PayPal account.

RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS:

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is found to be faulty.

​

  • If your item is faulty, it will either be repaired or replaced and returned to you at no additional cost.

  • Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect measurements provided. Please follow our measuring instructions carefully before submitting your cat’s measurements. If you have any concerns or questions about measuring, feel free to contact us for assistance.

 

To initiate a return for a faulty item:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a photo and detailed description of the fault.

  3. Clearly specify your reason for wanting to return the item.

 

Note: Returned items must be in unused and new condition. If the item is not found to be faulty, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

DAMAGED GOODS:

Maine Coon Mayhem is not liable for any loss or damage to products during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged:

​

  1. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Save and photograph the damaged goods and packaging as evidence before filing your claim.
